Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, including all tags and manuals, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns; please have your order confirmation email or physical store receipt ready.

  Choose Your Method

  You may return items in person to any CM School Supply retail location or contact our support team to initiate a return by mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
